Today ONVU Technologies announced the introduction of the C-08 to the Oncam flagship C-Series Suite. A high-performance, and compact 360-degree 8MP video surveillance camera that supports mission-critical business and security requirements in areas that require wide-area coverage in a single or detailed view.
Powered by the Qualcomm® Vision Intelligence Platform, the C-08 achieves complete situational awareness, up to 60 fps at 4.7MP, and maintains 30 fps in the primary stream with three other streams running. Ideally suited for challenging applications with fast-moving objects and variable lighting conditions, the C-08 is a compact, scalable video surveillance camera designed to expand access to various industrial and commercial applications, both indoor and outdoor.
The C-08 is a unique solution that captures large areas with no blind spots, providing views and use cases not possible with traditional narrow field-of-view cameras. With state-of-the-art technologies for compression, low light and light management, stakeholders can capture high-quality video images in challenging light conditions while lowering bandwidth and storage demands. Multi-Mode functionality allows users to choose to select up to four to four different views simultaneously, while Panoramic+ views and accessories allow C-08 to become a wall mounted panoramic camera.
